Monday, 06 October – Carnarvon

Carnarvon is looking a bit sad with several shops closed. No mining boom here. Still it’s a nice enough town with several little cafes serving coffee. That’s good.

Apparently 70% of Perth’s winter veges are grown here as well as bananas. Carnarvon is also home to the big OTC satellite dish – another defunct item.
